Some mixed-media works.
Am publishing some prints done at the same time as the image in the heading at the top of the page. Last summer working at Truro Center for the Arts at Castle Hill I worked out some ideas that I was about to teach in a workshop at that Arts Center. This led to a book contract with A & C Black for a book on Mixed-Media Printmaking.
More tropical trees and one from home.
Am posting some of the work from a recent exhibition. These paintings are from a gold series.

Designed. Makes me think of Emily Booth's design classes.

I found this artist’s work, Patrick Michael Fitzgerald, while looking up some images for Raoul de Keyser. Some of his work more painterly than others. Some more colorful than the toned-down but lovely Irish colors of others. Jazzy tango an inspiration. Roberta Smith recently wrote in the New York Times that painting is too ignored and yet so much of the art being done in the studios and shown in the galleries of Chelsea is painting. Barry Swabsky writes in the Nation Magazine that abstract painting is alive, too ignored.
